Program details

Asialink’s China Capability and Language Centre undertakes market research and Chinese client or student experience surveys through focus groups, supporting your organisation to have a more comprehensive understanding of the Chinese cohort that you work with. The focus groups are facilitated in Mandarin Chinese, allowing participants to give honest feedback and engage in in-depth discussions with facilitators in their mother tongue. Focus group conversations and feedback are translated into English and a detailed report with recommendations is provided to your organisation. 

This service includes:  

  • design of survey and focus group questions 
  • facilitation and administration of focus group in Mandarin Chinese 
  • data analysis  
  • translation of focus group discussion 
  • report & recommendations.
