Join our panel discussion on how the Greater Bay Area (GBA) initiative can be an outstanding support to your business within the region and how to strategically respond to the opportunities and challenges arising from the fast-growing e-commerce sector.

The GBA initiative is a national plan supported by President Xi Jinping with the aim of developing the region’s economic integration. With local government and corporations’ support in financial infrastructure, policies and regulations, this initiative has opened up opportunities to stimulate career progression and business activities.

With more accessible markets, greater commercial synergies and a huge flow of talent, the innovation and e-commerce sectors within the region are actively reshaping the global economy. However, several challenges have arisen alongside the rise of the GBA and its e-commerce industry, such as taxation, subsidised housing, intellectual property and access to legal advice.
