Diversity in the workplace is vital, but to be a strength and tool for innovation, diversity must be valued and cultivated. Creating the right environment where staff can succeed, thrive and feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work can be challenging.

Hear from Astrid Haban-Beer as she outlines the importance of diversity in workplaces and her work in advocating for diversity and equality in the workforce.

This interactive event provides an online space to have honest conversations about the barriers to genuine diversity, the strategies to tackle these issues and the mindset to approach difference with respect and an intention to understand.

An invitation to all leaders at all levels of the legal and other professions to connect online and collectively reflect on:

  • What genuine diversity looks like and how we as individuals can support our colleagues to break through structural barriers and create a stress-free environment for all by improving cultural competency
  • Consider what issues continue to prevent individuals from bringing their whole selves to work and how we can develop preventive, practical strategies to address these challenges and support our colleagues.
