Book Launch: 'Australia's China Odyssey' by Professor James Curran

Asialink is pleased to invite you to attend the launch of Australia’s China Odyssey (NewSouth, August 2022) by Professor James Curran, historian, and Australian Financial Review columnist.

Venue: Yasuko Hiraoka Myer Room, Sydney Myer Asia Centre, University of Melbourne

Dr Geoff Raby AO, former Ambassador to China and Deputy Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, will launch the book and discuss his insights into the history of Australia’s China Policy and how this impacts on current diplomatic tensions.

Professor Mark Wang, Director of the Centre for Contemporary Chinese Studies at the University of Melbourne will close the evening by sharing his insights on the future of Australia-China relations.
