Tracy is an experienced facilitator for global culture brand (museums, galleries or architecture centers, government organizations) to enter China market, transforming the IP into real commercial value, facilitate communication, initiations, adaptations and localization in China.

She has 18+ years’ experience of global, regional and local marketing and communication introductions for foreign companies in China and more than 6 years experience of museum developments in China, including architecture design, collection set up, touring exhibitions exchange, culture exchange and museum shop concept and product development.
