Mr Bilahari Kausikan, Ambassador-at-Large, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore

Mr Bilahari Kausikan is Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Prior to this he was the Permanent Secretary of MFA from 2010 to 2013, and Second Permanent Secretary from 2001. He was Singapore’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York and Ambassador to the Russian Federation including other international posts.
