Applications for 2017 Asialink Arts Residencies are now open! Interested in applying? Asialink Arts will be conducting an information session in Adelaide on Thursday 15 September at the SA Writers’ Centre from 5:30pm.

The information session will provide an overview of the program, the application process and give you a chance to ask questions. A past resident will also be sharing their residency experiences. Places are limited so please RSVP immediately to confirm your place: j.obrien@asialink.unimelb.edu.au

Since 1991 Asialink's Arts Residency Program has provided professional development opportunities for arts professionals working across art form, in exchange for the sharing of skills, knowledge and networks with local host communities.

An Asialink Arts Residency grant of up to $12,000 for three months goes towards travel, living and project expenses, and affords recipients the opportunity for in-depth research, stimulating cultural exchanges, international collaboration and uninterrupted time for creativity.

Applications for 2017 will close 30 September 2016 at 5pm AEST. To apply please visit our website: http://asialink.unimelb.edu.au/arts/residencies
