Bienvenido N. Santos Creative Writing Center, De La Salle University – Manila
Founded in 1991, the Bienvenido N. Santos Creative Writing Center continues to be at the helm of De La Salle University's effort to preserve the tradition of excellent writing in the Philippines. It believes that quality writing is best cultivated in the spirit of vital engagement with tradition and innovation – decisive moments in the making of a nation's cultural heritage. As a host, the Center would be delighted to assist the visiting writer in securing accommodation and in establishing liaisons with writers' groups and other institutions. Work resources such as desk space, the use of computer and Internet facilities and research assistance can be provided. The Center would welcome lectures, readings, or workshops for students from the visiting writer.
